How do I use the bidet?

Simply fill it up with water, slide the bidet mouth open, aim the nozzle, and press the button to start the spray. Press again to stop. We have clear tutorial guides on our social media platforms (ig: @sploosh.shop | tiktok: @sploosh.shop). 

How big/heavy is the electric portable bidet?

It is the size of a medium-sized mango, which fits perfectly in your palm, and weighs 200 grams. 

How much water can it hold?

Up to 250ml, generally enough up to 2-3 uses. 

Is it safe to use for sensitive skin?

Yes, the bidet spray is gentle and designed to be safe and comfortable for sensitive skin.

Can I use warm water?

Yes, but avoid very hot water that could damage the bidet or burn your skin. 

How do I charge it?

It charges with a USB Type-C cable (charging cable included), so you can use any USB port (like a laptop, power bank, or wall adapter).

How long does the battery last?

Battery supports 30 minutes of active operation; idle or powered-off periods do not consume battery time

 

Is it allowed on my carry-on when I fly?

Yes! It’s typically allowed because it’s a personal care item, be sure to empty it to comply with the airplane liquid limit.
